Study CIPS from £9.99: ProcurePass (Level 4)·PassLevel5 (Level 5)·Distance learning £150 a level, with tutor support until you qualify
Why don't you hold the CIPS Approved Centre badge?
Young Procurement is not a CIPS Approved Study Centre. Your CIPS qualification, membership and exam are with CIPS directly, whoever tutors you.
What are my options, and what do they cost?
ProcurePass (Level 4) and PassLevel5 (Level 5): £9.99 one-off each — guided learning with mock exams.
Distance learning (Level 4 or Level 5): £150 per level — recordings of a relevant class, the learning platform (guided learning and mock exams), and tutor support from Tim until you qualify.
Pay per module: £79 per module — the live classes for that module, support, and recordings if you miss a class or join part way.
Live online classes (Level 4 or Level 5): £500 per level — classes, resources, mock exams and direct support.
Level 6: always free — live online on Thursday evenings. Level 3: free guided learning.
Tim isn't VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.

What exactly do I get for £500?
Live online classes for the whole level (Level 4 or Level 5), resources, mock exams, direct support from Tim, and a 1:1 catch-up with Tim if you miss a class. Level 4 classes run on Monday mornings and evenings. Level 5 classes run on Tuesday evenings and Friday mornings. Need most of a level? 7 or 8 modules at £79 comes to more than £500, so the whole level is cheaper. See How it works for what happens after you book.
What isn't included?
Your CIPS student membership, your CIPS exam fee, and your course books. These are paid directly to CIPS (and to whoever you buy your books from) rather than through us — this is true with every provider, we just don't fold it into a bigger number to hide it.
What if I miss a class?
On the £500 live classes, you get a 1:1 catch-up with Tim. Recordings come with the £150 distance learning and the £79 per-module options.
Can I pay per module instead of £500 for the level?
Yes. Pay per module is £79 per module and includes the live classes for that module, support, and recordings if you miss a class or join part way. Email Tim about which modules to take, and for class dates and details. See pay per module →
Can my employer pay instead of me?
Yes. If your employer is paying, email Tim and ask for an invoice. If you're sending more than one person from the same organisation, get in touch and Tim will put together a proposal for the group.
Is Level 6 really free?
Yes. Level 6 is always free — live online classes on Thursday evenings. Email Tim for the joining details.
Is Level 3 free too?
Yes. Level 3 is free guided learning: study guides and mock exams for every module, with no login. Start Level 3 →
What happens if I fail a module?
Tell Tim. He'll talk you through what went wrong and what to do next. CIPS sets the resit rules and fees, and you book any resit with CIPS.
What if I'm not happy?
Tell Tim as soon as you can. He replies personally. Questions about refunds? Get in touch before you sign up.
Is this legitimate without the Approved Centre badge?
Yes. Your CIPS membership, qualification and MCIPS status come from CIPS itself, not from whoever taught you. Tim is a Fellow of CIPS (FCIPS) and an AET-qualified tutor, with 25 years of procurement experience. Young Procurement is not a CIPS Approved Study Centre. Your CIPS qualification, membership and exam are with CIPS directly, whoever tutors you.
How big are the classes?
Deliberately small. Numbers are capped per cohort so Tim knows your name, where you're stuck, and can actually give you time — not lost in a room of forty.
I'm not sure which level I need — can I ask first?
Yes. Get in touch and tell Tim about your experience and current role. He'll recommend a level. He replies within 48 hours, usually the same day.

Question not answered here? Ask Tim directly — usually a same-day reply.
